Linda and I headed out north of Sandy yesterday to take the dogs for a walk. We wanted to go to the park at the old Roslyn Lake, but since they've drained the lake, they don't allow anyone in. It used to be such a nice park and lake, with a trail that went all the way around.
Anyway, we headed down the hill to Dodge Park instead. We had never thoroughly explored this park. It's larger than I had ever realized. During the summer, a lot of people come picknicking and swimming. It was a beautiful day and the fall colors are beautiful. On our way home, we stopped on Bluff Road just outside of Sandy to check out the view of Mt. Hood. As you can see, the haze was terrible. I almost didn't post this picture because it's so hard to see the mountain, but it was pretty none-the-less:
